HIGHLIGHTING & KEY CLAUSES:

Annual & Seasonal Subscribers/ Members: Our annual (and seasonal) subscribers are on very neighborly terms to our clients, but we do rely on the consistency of our annual (and seasonal) subscribers to plan our operations and provide the discounts that our clients enjoy. If you must cancel an annual (or seasonal) subscription you will be assessed an amount equal to 20% of the prorated value of your remaining subscription, with the difference being returned to you.

Month-by-Month Members/ Subscribers: You are always free to stop using our services at any time, if you unsubscribe from a monthly service subscription you will continue to receive service until any existing subscription coverage expires. Our subscriptions are on very neighborly terms for our clients, but we do rely on the consistency of our subscribers to plan and afford our operations and provide the discounts that our clients enjoy. If you utilized any promotions at the initiation of your subscription you are committing to continue those subscription services for at least a term of 6 months consecutively. If you must cancel a subscription prior to the six month promo period where a promotion was utilized, you will be assessed a penalty equal to one month of service for each of your subscriptions.

Subscription Overages: If your bag doesn't zip, than whatever does not fit will be charged the overage fee on a per weight basis at $1.90 per pound. 

Subscription Contents: We genuinely want to take everything and anything that fits in your zipped up bag, however, there are parameters for our customers and employees safety. The items in the bag MUST be washable using standard methods. (Washer & Dryer) And the laundry items mustn't present any hazard, whether chemical, biological or otherwise to our employees and/or equipment.

We encourage you to open your subscription bags as soon as they are delivered to confirm that all is as it should be. In the rare instance that something is damaged or missing, we can start working to make things right as soon as we’re aware.

 

In the case of a damaged item, we will work with you to determine if it can be repaired or restored to good condition. For those items that cannot be satisfactorily repaired, or for any missing items, we will reimburse you in accordance with our “clothing reimbursement table” , and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

 

For any damaged items we reimburse, we ask that we be able to keep them so that we can either donate them to one of our local charity partners or use them for training purposes.
