When you sign up for a membership you are signing up for your laundry to be repeatedly picked up and delivered to your home for a flat monthly or annual fee. It allows for transparency in cost and consistency in service. We developed this as a package deal to take laundry off your plate for good.

When you sign up for a membership you select the amount and interval of you laundry service. Weekly, Bi-weekly, or monthly. If you don't need all your bags in a given month we allow one bag to be rolled over into the adjacent month. We try to be flexible as possible without creating a tracking nightmare for our team.

Anything that can be cleaned through traditional laundering means using a washer and a dryer can go in the bag. Like we said, if the bag zips we take the laundry!

If you are a traditional month-by-month membership plan, you are always free to stop using our services any time, if you unsubscribe from monthly service you will continue to receive service until any existing subscription coverage expires., your last laundry evolution will be returned to you in a plastic laundry bag and that's the end.

If you utilized a promotion, or are a seasonal member, than if you cancel, these rules apply.
